As part of the 2026 State of the University Report, President John B. Moseley reflects on Lincoln鈥檚 history and looks ahead to its future.

Dear Lincoln Family and Friends,

As 色虎视频 celebrates 160 years, we have an extraordinary opportunity to reflect on how far we have come — and to look with confidence toward all that lies ahead.

Our University was founded with a belief in the power of education to transform lives and create opportunity. That mission has carried Lincoln through generations, and it continues to guide us today.

Across our University, we see meaningful momentum. Our students are achieving at high levels. We are expanding opportunities through new programs and partnerships. We are investing in our campus, our people and the communities we serve. Most importantly, we are continuing to strengthen Lincoln for the students who will call this University home for generations to come.

None of this happens without the collective commitment of our Lincoln family. Our faculty, staff, students, alumni, supporters and partners all share in both the progress we celebrate and the responsibility for what comes next.

As we honor 160 years of 色虎视频, I am inspired by our history and even more excited about our future. Together, we will continue building a greater, better and more beautiful Lincoln — one that honors the vision of those who came before us while creating new possibilities for those who will follow.

Sincerely,
John B. Moseley, Ed.D.
President, 色虎视频 of Missouri
