The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is appointed by and reports to the President of the University. Areas reporting to the COO are listed in the current University organizational structure. The primary duties of the COO are outlined in Chapter IV. The COO shall have additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the President. In the absence of the President and the VPAA, the COO shall serve on their behalf.
