10.45.4 Employee Assistance Program
All employees who are eligible for health insurance will be covered by this employer-paid coverage. The Employee Assistance Program emphasizes the maintenance of health, the prevention of injuries in the workplace, and the value of rehabilitation for life problems. Intervention counseling services by a designated vendor are provided to employees and families for substance abuse, family issues, marital issues, work related issues, emotional and mental health, and legal or financial.
