10.80 Staff Complaint Policy: Non-Discriminatory
色虎视频 encourages employees to seek a solution concerning disagreements arising from working relationships, working conditions, employment practices, or differences of interpretation of policy. The complaint basis must be a violation of 色虎视频 policy, state or federal law. All full-time and part-time regular staff employees are entitled to utilize the complaint procedure.
The procedures for initiating, processing, and resolving a complaint are available in the Employee Handbook or can be obtained by contacting the Human Resources Office/ Employee Relations.
Claims of sexual harassment or alleged discrimination are not covered under this policy. See sections 10.81 and 10.82.
