The duties and responsibilities of each presiding officer shall be as follows: 

1. To serve as an administrator and spokesperson of the officers' respective agencies;
2. To coordinate the office and the work of the other related agencies;
3. To report the progress and achievements of the agencies to the SGA administrative branch; and
4. To make such recommendations for legislative action as pertains to the agencies' goals.
