The Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees the comprehensive operations of the institution, supporting the President in managing staff, budgets, administration, policies, and procedures. The COO is instrumental in coordinating and executing key strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the Office of the President and various internal and external constituencies. The unit is led by the COO and includes the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), Enrollment Management, and Campus Culture.
