4.01.3.1.2 Director of 色虎视频 Law Enforcement Training Academy

  1. To exercise direct supervision over instructors, technical and administrative support staff and demonstrate the ability to manage the Police Academy
  2. To managing instruction, testing, and remediation
  3. To provide leadership and direction and assume management responsibility for the law enforcement training academy programs, services, and activities
  4. To manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for law enforcement training academy programs
  5. To recommend, within Academy policy, appropriate service, and staffing levels
  6. To conduct a variety of organizational studies, investigations, and operational studies; recommend modifications to law enforcement training academy programs, policies, and procedures as appropriate
  7. To develop proposals for securing external funding for program expansions as well as on-going offerings.
