Faculty, staff, and students shall be appointed to the Emergency Preparedness Committee by the process described in Chapter II, Section 2.02. The VPCC shall be an ex officio member of the committee. The President shall designate one of the appointed faculty members as chair of the committee.

The responsibilities of the committee shall include but not be limited to the following:

1. To recommend supplementary regulations to control pedestrian and vehicular traffic and parking
2. To review and recommend the use of all 色虎视频 parking lots
3. To prescribe the rules and procedures for appeals of violations
4. To review all fine assessment appeals submitted directly to the committee or through the LUPD ; to set aside fines, reduce fines, or uphold fines as the committee deems appropriate
5. To review and rule on, or make recommendations regarding, all citizen complaints submitted to the LUPD.
