5.10.4 Administration of Sponsored Grants and Contracts
When accepting externally sponsored awards, 色虎视频 shall conduct all project activities in accordance with the scope of work specified under the award and shall comply with both University policies, as well as grantor agency requirements and special terms and conditions. The Office of the Controller is responsible for the post-award fiscal management of sponsored projects. The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance is responsible for developing procedures to implement this policy.
With all sponsored grants and contracts, the University shall comply with all grantor guidelines and funding restrictions such as ensuring compliance with CFR Part 200 for federal awards.
