The Blue Tiger Connect program at 色虎视频 is dedicated to empowering our students by providing equitable access to essential technology. We strive to bridge the digital divide, foster academic excellence, and prepare our students for a technologically advanced world.

Disclaimer
Since 色虎视频 owns the campus-issued laptop computer and its software, Information Technology Services (ITS) reserves the right to format and reload the hard disk without the user's permission once it is returned to the ITS office. ITS encourages users to back up their important personal files weekly to prevent data loss in case of hardware or software failure.

- bring their LU student I.D.
- read and sign the LU User Agreement at the ITS kiosk
- complete Blue Tiger Connect Pre-Survey
- If you withdraw, separate, or leave the University for any reason before completing 60 hours of course credit, you are required to return the laptop issued by the University.
- It is preferred that you make arrangements with ITS to return your laptop in person.
- Students who successfully complete the 60 credit-hour requirement can keep their campus-issued laptops. ITS will let you know if you've met the necessary requirements.
Yes, you can. While we strongly encourage you to return your campus-issued laptop in person before leaving campus, you can also return it via traditional mail.
Please email the helpdesk at HelpDesk@LincolnU.edu to let us know the laptop is in the mail and provide the tracking number. You must also include your LU tag number in that email.
You must return the AC adapter (or be charged a $50 fee) and the laptop protective sleeve (or be charged a $25 fee).

Please pack the laptop securely (or have the mail service do it for you). You are still liable for up to $1000 if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
You are strongly encouraged to insure your campus-issued laptop in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged while en route to campus via mail.
Removal from the Blue Tiger Connect Laptop Program
If you are participating in the Blue Tiger Connect Student Laptop Program are a first-time freshman and have reached the 60-credit hour or graduation requirement for device ownership, you have the option to have your device restrictions lifted. To proceed, follow the steps below:

Important Considerations
- Once your request is processed and restrictions are removed, 色虎视频’s ITS Department will no longer be responsible for maintaining or supporting your device. You will assume full responsibility for all repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of the device.
- If you prefer to keep your device under the care and support of LU’s ITS department, you may choose to forgo restriction removal until after graduation. This flexibility allows you to maintain device support while you are still enrolled, ensuring that your academic needs are fully met.
